NUTRICEN
is a product selected and approved by the LIEC entity, with a specific
application for reaching an ideal nutritional balance of must and guaranteeing
the finish of alcoholic fermentation.
NUTRICEN is
composed by a special nitrogen formulation readily assimilated, growth factors
(vitamin B1), cellulose and yeasts cell walls, that turn it into an effective
tool for working simultaneously on must nutritional deficiencies, providing a
physical medium for yeasts development, and acting as adsorbent of mean chain
acids that have a toxic effect on yeasts. NUTRICEN combines the nutritional
deficiencies correction together with a specific action of alcoholic fermentation
stops prevention.
Must and wine under fermentation process that are object
of utilization of this product are the ones that, due to their own characteristics,
present a significant lack of their contents in nutrients caused by natural or
technological causes. But they are also those fermentative processes abnormally
slow that need an additional external technical intervention to guarantee its
correct finish, or the prevention of biochemical deviations that cause sensorial
and biological stability alterations of finished wine .
Use Conditions
The
recommended guiding dose for the beginning of the fermentation ranges
between 15 and 20 g/Hl and between 5 and 10 g/Hl in fermentations in development,
with a maximum total value of 30 g/Hl.
Way of preparation:
Once it has been defined the necessary quantity, immerge the product, depending
on the case, in must or must under fermenting process that is the object of the
correction in an approximated proportion 1/10.
Addition:
Add the previous suspension to the whole guaranteeing homogenization
and aeration.
