NUTRICEN
PLUS is a product selected and approved by the LIEC entity, with a
specific application for the nutritional correction of must and must under
fermentation process with a markedly qualitative nature.
NUTRICEN
PLUS is composed by a special nitrogen formulation readily assimilated, peptides
from vegetal origin, growth factors (Vitamin B1) and microcellulose that turn
it into an effective tool for working simultaneously on must nutritional deficiencies,
providing a physical support for yeasts development and contributing to an increase
of wine aromatic fraction. Moreover, and being combined with the use of FERMISTART,
a preventive effect is carried out over alcoholic fermentation stops. All this
without exceeding the qualitative limits that grape variety and yeasts used permit.
Must and must under fermenting process that are the object of utilization
of this product, are the ones that, due to their own characteristics, need a nutrients
extra contribution to guarantee a correct finish of the alcoholic fermentation
and, at the same time, they are intended to suffer an increase of their aromatic
potential.
Use Conditions
The recommended guiding dose
for the beginning of fermentation ranges between 10 and 20 g/Hl.
Way
of Preparation: Once it has been defined the necessary quantity,
immerge the product, depending on the case, in must or must under fermenting process
that is the object of the correction in an approximated proportion 1/10.
Addition:
Add the previous suspension to the whole guaranteeing homogenization
and aeration. The suspension must be added at the beginning or towards the middle
of the fermentation process.
