TANICEN
XR is a product selected and approved by the LIEC entity with a specific
application for the stabilization of red wine colouring matter.
TANICEN
XR is a product composed by a balanced mixture of non hydrolysable or proanthocyanic
tannins typical of the grape and of hydrolysable tannins that turn it into an
efficient protector of red wine colouring matter and into a decisive factor to
increase its structure, allowing it to have a later positive evolution.
TANICEN
XR properties allow having a diversified application that can be oriented
to unadulterated wine as well as that one destined to ageing.
The use of
TANICEN XR is a valid and efficient method of the improvement of red wine
sensorial quality, including those circumstances (varieties, campaigns or areas)
in which its natural composition is not the adequate to the expected enological
purpose.
Use Conditions
Dose: Healthy vintage
10 to 25 g/Hl and 15 to 40 for the vintage suffering rottenness.
Way
of Preparation: Prepare a solution in a 10% percentage of TANICEN XR
in warm water (temperature =25ºC) that must be made immediately before its use.
Addition: In the moment of the addition, the
previous solution will be diluted in a 1:10 proportion with the same product that
will be applied this solution. It will be added during the fermentation in the
pumping-over twice or three times, whereas in the devatting it will be made only
at once on wine.
