The entity LIEC develops R&D
and Innovation activities individually and also in collaboration with other companies
from the sector, research centers and Universities.
The scope of the activities
includes the study of minority native varieties, the exploitation of vinicultural
sector waste materials, the study of additives and adjuvants of the oenological
industry, the evaluation and adjustments of new wine elaboration techniques, the
developement of new analytic methods in the oenological sector.
