In 1944 Central Enológica was
born with the target of giving a service to the necessities that, in that time,
Wineries had. At the beginning, Central Enológica was run
by the Sánchez-Migallón Albandea family. During this first period of time, the
foundations that allowed the evolution of the company were forged. Subsequently,
with the target of focusing on the efforts of the Company Management, the youngest
of the brothers took the management of Central Enológica. This new stage let define
a bussiness line so clear that made the company a referent of the wine-producing
sector in the area. Under the management of Mr. Jesús Sánchez-Migallón
Albandea, it began the manofacture of liquid sulphour preparations, manofacture
of sealing wax, and different enological products that let Central Enológica progress
purposefully during the difficult decade of the 50s. During the following
decade, the growth of the company was constant, reaching with it a bigger and
bigger settlement in the area of Castile-La Mancha, culminating in the acquisition
of new headquarters and warehouses, which gave a greater liveliness to the company.
It is in the last lustrum of the 20th Century when, under the management
of Mr. Vicente Sánchez-Migallón, an important increase in capital took place,
which gave rise to the present Central Enológica. The increase let acquire a headquarters
of more than 300 m2, premises measuring more than 2000 m2 and a clean plot of
another 2000m2 for future extensions.
